North Berwick is a charming small coastal town in East Lothian and is an ideal holiday location at any time of the year. It has beautiful clean beaches, two golf courses, is home to the Scottish Seabird Centre and is on the John Muir Coastal footpath. The High Street has many individual shops and galleries and a selection of cafes and restaurants. In August, North Berwick is host to the Fringe by the Sea.
The County of East Lothian has a wealth of tourist attractions for visitors including 21 golf courses within 20 minutes drive including Muirfield, Gullane and Dunbar. Edinburgh is half an hour away by car, or there is a regular train service from the nearby railway station.

The house has three bedrooms. Upstairs the double Second Bedroom can also be used as a sitting room and commands a spectacular view of the West Bay, or you can watch a flat screen TV if you don't like the view! The Bathroom has an electric shower, and a single room with bunks completes the complement of rooms on the upper floor.
On the ground floor are the fully fitted Master Bedroom, the Kitchen and the Living Room. The Living room is 12 feet square with a dining area, an iPod dock and combined flat screen television and DVD. The kitchen is fully appointed with a microwave oven, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine.

The bay windowed drawing room is located to the front of the property and is a well-proportioned room which boasts magnificent views as well as a lovely fireplace and ceiling cornice. A formal dining room offers a further reception area and enjoys a southerly aspect with views to The Law.
The adjacent kitchen/breakfast room has a good range of floor and wall mounted units, with tiled splash back, a southerly aspect and ample room for a dining table and chairs. Also at first floor level is the main bathroom, comprising of cast iron bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin and panelling to dado level, and a useful utility cupboard, with further storage in the hall.
Carpeted stairs rise from the first floor to the top floor landing, which is bathed in light from the attractive cupola. The master bedroom (double) is a lovely room, with windows and balcony to the front providing outstanding and far reaching views. There is also a small en suite shower room. Three further bedrooms (1 double, 1 bunk bed, 1 x 2 singles) can be found on the top floor, along with an additional WC. There is a further sofa bed, currently located in the master bed room (to ideally sleep a family) but can potentially be moved to the main living room.

Only a few minutes’ walk from the bustling High Street, 3 Lorne Lane is a beautiful furnished one bedroom apartment only minutes from the Scottish Seabird Centre, North Berwick Harbour, West Bay beach and many shops, bars and restaurants. Plus fancy a day in Edinburgh, jump on the train and be in the city centre within 30 minutes.
All on ground level with an open plan living room and well equipped kitchen along with a very comfortable bedroom which can offer a super-king bed or two singles. 3 Lorne Lane is of the highest standard and with your personalised welcome pack on arrival the attention to detail from enquiring to departing is part of our signature as a small family run business that pride ourselves in adding that little extra care and attention that will make your stay with us a memorable one.

45 Westgate is a great base for a holiday or short break. It suits golfers, cyclists, birds watchers, families, couples and anybody who just likes being by the seaside.
The facilities include a bright comfortable sitting room with bay window looking towards the harbour. There is a gas fire for colder evenings with TV and a variety of DVDs, games etc. In the hallway there is a study area with Wi-Fi and i-pod docking station.
There are two bedrooms: a super-king/twin room with en-suite bath and shower and a twin bedroom. There is a separate shower room. All linen and towels are included, with luxurious 100% cotton sheets.
The dining area adjoins the modern well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated appliances. In addition there is a separate utility room with washing machine and drying facilities. Ideal for storing golf clubs etc.!
Children are welcome and a high-chair and travel cot is available on request.
4E Market Place
The accommodation comprises a bedroom with double bed and shower, a single bedroom with two full-sized bunk beds (all with duvets), a toilet with wash hand basin and a living room which includes a table and chairs and a kitchen area which includes a microwave. A colour TV with DVD/CD player, radio, refrigerator and a hair-dryer are provided.
Storage heaters and electric fires heat the flat. There are no additional charges for electricity.
Bed Linen and towels are not provided. The 'Kleaning Ark' in Quality Street, 150 yards from the flat offers 'service-wash' (and dry) and laundry facilities.
Pets are not allowed.
