The bay windowed drawing room is located to the front of the property and is a well-proportioned room which boasts magnificent views as well as a lovely fireplace and ceiling cornice. A formal dining room offers a further reception area and enjoys a southerly aspect with views to The Law.
The adjacent kitchen/breakfast room has a good range of floor and wall mounted units, with tiled splash back, a southerly aspect and ample room for a dining table and chairs. Also at first floor level is the main bathroom, comprising of cast iron bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin and panelling to dado level, and a useful utility cupboard, with further storage in the hall.
Carpeted stairs rise from the first floor to the top floor landing, which is bathed in light from the attractive cupola. The master bedroom (double) is a lovely room, with windows and balcony to the front providing outstanding and far reaching views. There is also a small en suite shower room. Three further bedrooms (1 double, 1 bunk bed, 1 x 2 singles) can be found on the top floor, along with an additional WC. The facilities include a bright comfortable sitting room with bay window looking towards the harbour. There is a gas fire for colder evenings with TV and a variety of DVDs, games etc. In the hallway there is a study area with Wi-Fi and i-pod docking station.
There are two bedrooms: a super-king/twin room with en-suite bath and shower and a twin bedroom. There is a separate shower room. All linen and towels are included, with luxurious 100% cotton sheets.
The dining area adjoins the modern well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated appliances. In addition there is a separate utility room with washing machine and drying facilities. Ideal for storing golf clubs etc.!
Children are welcome and a high-chair and travel cot is available on request.

The accommodation comprises a bedroom with double bed and shower, a single bedroom with two full-sized bunk beds (all with duvets), a toilet with wash hand basin and a living room which includes a table and chairs and a kitchen area which includes a microwave. A colour TV with DVD/CD player, radio, refrigerator and a hair-dryer are provided.
Storage heaters and electric fires heat the flat. There are no additional charges for electricity.
Bed Linen and towels are not provided. The 'Kleaning Ark' in Quality Street, 150 yards from the flat offers 'service-wash' (and dry) and laundry facilities.

Bramerton Court provides an excellent self-catering apartment with excellent facilities and is within a short walk to beaches, golf courses, town centre, hotels and railway station. A ten minute walk takes you to the harbour and well renowned Seabird Centre.

This delightful studio apartment sits in a quiet street just two minutes walk from the rail station and five minutes from the town centre and beach. It sits on the side of a family home but has its own entrance and a private garden area with seating and barbecue.
The location is ideal for shops, bars, restaurants and a frequent train service to the heart of Edinburgh.
The apartment has recently been refurbished to provide a modern kitchen / living / bedroom area which can be set as a double or twin room. A small hall and shower room complete the accommodation.

Alne lodge sleeps 5/7 persons and is dog friendly.
This first floor apartment is just a short walk from the beach, shops or train station and benefits from a private secluded garden and off street parking for two cars.
There are two double bedrooms overlooking the garden, one of which sleeps three with a single bed and full size bunk beds the other has a king size bed which converts into singles on request. Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes.
The spacious, light and airy bathroom has a bath to relax in and also a power shower, perfect after a day on the beach!
The bright and sunny kitchen has everything you need from a dishwasher to egg cups! It leads to a large walk-in cupboard where you will find the hoover, ironing board and highchair.
The living/dining room is the full length of the flat, with a seating area where you can relax and enjoy the 32” digital TV that has all freeview and radio channels, there is a DVD/CD player and some good old fashioned board games. Golf Lodge Cottage
Golf lodge cottage is located at the rear of the main house. Having been recently renovated it now offers luxury self catering golf accommodation for small groups. Golf lodge cottage also provides the ideal base for families being only a few minutes walk away from the beach and town centre.
The two bedroom cottage is fully self contained with its own front door leading to the hall and stair. On the ground floor is a semi open plan space, hosting a cosy living room with a double sofa bed and matching armchair, digital tv and dvd player.
On the other side of the sub dividing wall is a modern fully fitted kitchen with hob and oven, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge.
Leading through a glass door from the living room is the south facing sunroom looking on to its own garden; here is a pine dinning table and 6 chairs together with some soft seating, a well stocked book shelf and a selection of board games. The fenced garden can be accessed through the sunroom where sheltered private seating area is provided.
The two bedrooms are located upstairs off a small landing. Both bedrooms have two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Off the same landing is the bathroom with walk in shower.
There is central heating throughout the cottage along with free wi-fi. The cottage is non smoking following recent legislation.
Weekly lets normally run Saturday to Saturday, short breaks are also available. Breakfast can be arranged on request.

Mainly built as fishermen's cottages they are all are blessed with being located in some of the loveliest locations in Scotland. There are 3 golf courses in North Berwick; the West links, The Glen and the children's course, an ideal facility for youngsters to learn the game. Adults may play the course too, but only if accompanied by a child!
There are a further 18 golf courses available nearby. Only 10 minutes drive to the Open Championship course at Muirfield and Gullane.
Edinburgh the capital, with its historic Castle is only half an hour away by train from the town and 20 miles by road.
Nearby places of interest include the Scottish Seabird Centre, The Museum of Flight with Concorde, and castles at Dirleton and Tantallon.
